Hi my name is Daniel HernandezI graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington Dec 2015 majoring in business managementMy dad and i started building houses in Irving in 2014, our first deal went pretty well but we felt uneasy not being knowledgeable of all the other elements of real estate so i decided to get my real estate sales person licence Feb 2015.

Would there be a benefit to getting a real estate licence just to have as a tool when looking at properties.

Welcome, if I were a young person again without the responsibilities of midlife I'd probably get a real estate licence and find a position in a top property management company. 

Hey, I am kind of in the same boat, mid 20s getting my RE licence to help with my investing, I was looking at RedFin they have this cool program called RAD where they train you while you make salary and full benefits, might be worth checking out.Cheers!

I'm not looking to be an agent full time but as the opportunity comes up I want be able to use my licence and have a little help as learn the sales side of real estate.  

Now I'm back (licence soon) I'm a leasing agent for now. 

Get your real estate licence and start selling property....More seriously, what experience, skills and talent do you bring to the table?  

With that being said i want to get a real estate licence  my question is where to get an affordable and quality education, I have a full time job so time is a sensitive matter im leaning towards an online program can any one recommend an institute?
