The PM in my mind has the right to lay out the facts as they exist..

I find this screens out any guests that could have issues and lays the groundwork for a great stay.It also weeds out folks (in our case) that aren't understanding the distance to town and certain activities in our area.

Hopefully, based on actual field measurements, past project data, and estimating software, your contractor can develop a detailed estimate that lays out the cost of labor and all materials for each phase of the project.

Ex: payment upon completion of Sheetrock, payment upon completion of tile, payment upon completion of inspections.

No, you can jet and cut even with clay tiles as long as your plumber knows what s/he's doing.
