That would be much more meaningful and have a greater impact on his future rather than your lashing out as you have done which, by the way, helps absolutely no one.

The issue is that the owner is mentally unstable and creates problems and then lashes out on others on the block. 

I also assume you're aware that most positive experiences go unrecorded, because it's typically the upset people that lash out.That's a good little read if you plan on basing your choices on the reviews of others.

@Taye NguyenThere is a big political out lash against landlords trying to force tenants out of rent controlled housing .A experienced eviction attorney is a must so that you donnot get sued and have a smooth eviction process   

If so, I would think the bank would have to follow through on that or would be liable for some sort of failure to deliver contract law issue.That also might be worth pursuing.Lastly, given the judge is already fuming at the bank and the bank's attorney will probably be aware of that, I might also consider trying to catch the bank's attorney before they go into court and see if you can work some agreement out with them so they can avoid the tongue lashing of the judge as they come in.

They can and do lash out occasionally.
