STR beach condo renovation slightly above builder's grade but not super high end.

I just bought a lovely 8 unit last April that had been horribly neglected but have turned it around and done some cosmetic renovations and increased rents.

Tough last name to have in the land of the Golden State Warriors ;-)I have a client in Kansas City, MO that has done something similar with one of his larger homes.

Maybe just try finding the deal and sending it over to a larger wholesaler for a JV fee?

I would like if you ever need a licensed GC to do renovations/Tenant Improvement projects I have a group for that.  

I would want to make improvements to all units and increase the rent to market value when the renovations are completed.
