The vast majority of contractors won't want to give bids on properties while under contract unless they have a relationship with that person from prior jobs.

My wife and I have a W2 job. 

Our whole job is to broker deals between buyers and sellers.

For a growth market to be growing, you need a lot of job and population migration. 

But as said above it is not an easy job and the salaries are not great working for someone else. 

Ive tried to get a steady job to steady income and fox credit but thay hasnt worked out.Can I not get acceas to my Equity without these issies being solved or are there other avenues to acesss my equity funds to statt buying properties?

The challenge is that non-government jobs are often short-lived.

Those in themselves are great education.Degrees won’t help you much unless you are trying to get a job at a large fund.
