@Ali Dawood, it is completely possible, trust me thats what im doing now, and WITHOUT the wife as she is busy with our Twins that are 6 weeks old. but to be fair i do have a partner for my REI company (he is also married with 2 kids) between the two of us we managed to do about 5 wholesales and a few flips 4 and 2 rentals in under 8 months. now like larry said having a good GC will be the key to your success or your failure. how ever we didnt and dont go to the site everyday. we try to go about 1-2 times a week. we dont want to micro manage it and for us so far it has worked out just fine and NO we didnt hit the GC jackpot we actually been through 3 of them.. let me know if you have any question that i might be able to assist you with.
