I'm curious because I've been reading about how rent-to-own is a way to mitigate bad tenant behaviour, creates pride of ownership etc.

However after doing some reading and realizing that having some of these fees help curb tenant behaviour, I was wondering if there are any statutes that limit what a landlord can charge a tenant for. 

My wish for you:  this is the worst behaviour you EVER see from a tenant.

The more intimidated they are with your appearance, intelligence and interpersonal skills the better you'll be landing a job.

Has anyone studied about american house crisis and trend and behaviour just like economy and stock ?

These are all behaviours of real estate.

Sad that our legal system enables and encourages this form of criminal behaviour.

By "ease" is meant the idea that it's got a whole different set of mechanics compared to analyzing P/E ratios in stocks, and some folks just don't know much about it,  but more fundementally, the physical repairs and the interpersonal rigors of being a landlord.

Always and Will Happen seems like a con job.That's the kind of stuff they told Kamikaze pilots in WWII.I think good interpersonal skills, good business skills, good judgement, hard work and industry knowledge are much more likely to carry you forward in this business than an "Always" Will Happen" mantra of some book writer.Just my 2 cents, because your guess is as good as mine as to what it means exactly.Good Luck!
