@Douglas VarenasEven if someone give you a referral, what meets their expectations, may not meet yours.In our experience, the #1 mistake owners make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.It's often a case of not doing enough research, as they don't know what they don't know!

@Rickey Mayes even if you buy a condo as a primary residence, alot of them will require 25% down if they do not have reserves and meet full review requirements.

Call the buyer's agent when the appraiser makes the appointment and ask if they can meet the appraiser with their price justification packet. 

I would look at multifamily meet ups in the area to start.
