I tend to “jump ship” a lot, not because things get difficult, but because I tend to get bored, which I think REI may be immune to.

If you do a quick search for lots available in the Gatlinburg area, you’ll still find scores of these such lots for cheap:  They can no longer be feasibly built on.As we are seeing with COVID, no one is really immune to anything like they might think.  

We are now numb/immune to SMS messaging.   

So it is challenging to come up with strategies that ether compliment each-other, or are immune to one other.All those tips are not free though.

Hearing rumblings of a correction in 2020, I am concerned about buying now, but my agent says this area is pretty immune to large price drops. 

If you are immune to this issue then great.

Sacramento is not immune either; they had some of the largest price increase in the state for the past years; and what goes up..Now may be a turning point in the california market so i would wait on the sideline and see what happens this winter.
