Sadly I still collect cash money in person from them because they are immigrants they barely speak English and have no car or checking accounts or practical way to pay at some of these new depot spots everyone raves about .

The first time I did a roof the salesman at the supplier (I knew his wife and her family quite well) laughed at me because "I know you're making good money at your job and those (slur for immigrant workers) are only making minimum wage".

Became an immigrant 4 years ago... spent 2 years in Forest Grove, Oregon and moved here in Dallas a year and a half ago for a job. 17 years experience in electronics manufacturing but zero experience in real estate.
