With increased security checks and immigration issues in the United States, what do I need to tell the border officers when I cross the border (by car)? 

My physician uncle, an immigrant who moved to the KY 30 years ago, complains how his med interns/students are leaving KY to go to other parts of the country where there will make less money.

Sadly I still collect cash money in person from them because they are immigrants they barely speak English and have no car or checking accounts or practical way to pay at some of these new depot spots everyone raves about .

Meanwhile, my remodeling business gets either Mexican immigrants (because the building trades are still honored there) or the American kids that high schools thought were too dumb to go to college.

We are in changing times, technological, medical, economical and mailer count metric might make LESS sense with the accessibility of one-click mailing websites, photoshop, etc.When the other 7+ BILLION people in the world decide that America (with a mere 300+ million) isn't a good place to live, places where immigration is high (CA, TX) should start to worry. 

The first time I did a roof the salesman at the supplier (I knew his wife and her family quite well) laughed at me because "I know you're making good money at your job and those (slur for immigrant workers) are only making minimum wage".

I don't know what took me so long to get on here...I am an CA licensed attorney practicing real estate law, estate planning, and immigration law.

I've noticed hispanic people and other immigrants sometimes hoard cash, but even then they are very careful about how they negotiate and don't try to buy you off.  

Can you legally lease to illegal immigrants?

Became an immigrant 4 years ago... spent 2 years in Forest Grove, Oregon and moved here in Dallas a year and a half ago for a job. 17 years experience in electronics manufacturing but zero experience in real estate.
