There are a sizable degree of immigrants which speaks for itself.

If it was good inside they would have showed the granite, SS appliances.This is one of the oldest immigrant route and as such I have a feeling the local crime stats can be higher.  

According to some articles I've read (link to one below), immigration is the cause for most of the population increase.

IF the immigration policy keeps tightening, we will have more pressure on the labor market that works for contractors & their subs.BTW, for SoFla, those costs are pretty average.

Utility collections go hand-in-hand with that, if they don't pay their lights/gas, their home expense isn't top priority (over say, a cell phone payment or cable), so you can expect rent won't be top priority above all else.I rent mostly in low-c areas to immigrant populations, so my tenants don't always have social security numbers and credit scores.

The client is likely an "illegal immigrant" (I don't have a problem with them), but it's may make things more difficult in attempting to collect.

That in conjunction with planned immigration numbers into the GTA make it a pretty safe bet in my eyes.

Canada's welcoming immigration policy, highly-rated education system, and our government support system provide the perfect setup to entice international students. 

My friend may need to call a lawyer since it appears that criminal charges were filed against the previous property owner the day after the property changed hands and the solicitor is unwilling to answer any questions about said charges as my friend is not the named defendant yet was the legal owner at the time. 

Immigration:I have read that investing in real estate as a non-resident may cause issues at immigration levels (they don't like it)?
