I recently came across a property through an agent with attractive numbers for a house flip.

NOMAD wants to rent my house with a Master Lease where they pay me the rent and then sublet to occupants who pay them.

@William Burns we've managed thousands of S8 leases in our 24 years in business.The DHC has the most challenges, but it's NOT all their fault.

LTR and MID term are hot now as well, we have more people that want houses than houses to rent to them.

  (700+ properties yielding 600K is less than 1K/property before expenses)   Lastly,  many property management companies refuse to manage S8 housing for the above reasons so good luck. 

My girlfriend and I are looking to get into Multifamily real estate investing and have looked into the possibility of house hacking, although a good property for it seems to be tough but not impossible in this area.
