Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Kenmare.

Purchase price: $78,736
Sale price: $115,000

Bought a house in Kenmare, ND that was freshly remodeled. Had to put a new roof, HVAC, and finish the basement.

What was the outcome?

Nearly doubled my money!
