Low Ball Offer Advice

Student housing - asking about lease before offer
27 December 2020 | 4 replies
Apparently, the current owner has about 20 of these student housing type of properties, they are Greek (according to the info I got speaking to the sellers agent) and have owned them for many years, I may be able to speak directly with the owner as opposed to asking this from their agent, any thoughts as I want to be very thorough without overstepping. Thanks!
