From my research into USDA agriculture sites and other forestry guides, it appears that average clear cut harvest yield per acre for 15-20 year old southern planted pine is approximately $1330/acre.

At this point, I am thinking that I will probably unload the property in a year or two... it seem that the prices are at or heading towards the peak so it is time for harvest.
