The more help you provide someone the more they are willing to pay and gladly thank you for that help.Like Cardone says, you sell someone a hamburger at the same "market" price across the street from Mcd's, and you might make some sales.

“Rich” could be a large sum of money, while I imagine wealth as you describe it, to bring that passive income, like trees growing, vs a hamburger that is only good for a bit, but once you eat half of it, the other half is only going to last for so long.

i was recommended by one of those real estate gurus to use bridgewell on a flip. the paperwork was much like a conventional loan and not based on the value of the DEAL as the guru said......2 years income tax reports, credit checks, bank statements, statement of cash in the bank, skin in the game i think they called it, and it went on from there...i finally gave upand went back to flipping hamburgers

Don't think of that area as a rebound area.. it is what it is.. low end cash flow.. and sedentary values.. but I love the airport at Hoquim used  to shoot approach's and have a hamburger .. have not been in a while so not sure if the on airport rest. is still open.

Grocery stores dont give you free food, but if you ask they can direct you to the hamburger section instead of the steak section to save you money if you ask.
