If the deal still fit my parameters, I would sit down with the wholesaler and have an honest discussion about the situation and air my grievance, while trying to close the deal and nurture the relationship.Hope that helps.Ed

After hours of lengthy heated discussions she basically said, I'm screwed and I don't need to file a grievance with the board of Realtor's because she isn't even a member, so im out of luck.I ended up throwing a few grand onto my offer, but I guess i'll have to find another.Any Advice?

Can any tenant, no matter how crazed or unjustified, simply file a violation with HPD when they think they have a minor grievance and are not willing to properly communicate with their PM to resolve it (even if they are not living in a rent-regulated apt?)

I immediately filed for a rent grievance before the rent error was to take place..but it has taken section 8 over a year and a half to correct the problem it's fixed now as of 7/2017.
