I'm curious as to if/how Florida will recover now that the Governor lifted COVID lockdowns/rule enforcement statewide.NY and other metro areas seem to be stuck in this lockdown for more months to come.

The Governer Of OR has taken the following actions  "On Monday, the governor said through a new executive order, residential evictions for non-payment and other no-cause evictions will be on hold until December 31, 2020.

Between NYS governor and NYC Mayor, they would have the whole state rent controlled.Gov Cuomo is warming up for the 2024 Pres election.Mid 2019 he latest anti landlord reforms went into affect with list of policies letting tenants shaft landlords.

@Dave Anderson definitely touch base with an attorney so you know the ins and outs, but right now the governor has really focused more on safety during the pandemic than on contract rights.

Their website says they are closed per Governor Cuomo's order. 

They haven't paid a dime since January and in March, our wonderful Governor, KIng Cuomo, decided to place eviction moratoriums in place and we couldn't get rid of them.

I would also contact your Governor, Representative and both Senators explaining your situation.

In my state we have a governor moratorium as well as the ridiculous CDC no eviction.  

In Florida, the suffering has been far less than other states as our Governor (who can't stand to be told what to do) lifted our moratorium in September 2020.
