I made some in depth STR marketing videos on youtube (I come from a hotel marketing background) before I joined BiggerPockets and people loved them.

There are several free videos you could watch, and you can get information on the training that they have as well.

@Douglas Skipworth and Dean Harris of Crestcore have a great podcast and a video outlining all the zip codes in TN as well.
