So I was looking for a quick/responsible person/family to rent and take very good care of the house and treat it as his/hers,if you can promise us that you are going to take very good care of the house you have no problem with us.The house is located at ( 156XX 60th Ave N, Plymouth, MN 55XX ). 3beds 1baths The rent is $800 security deposit payment to move in asap is $700,Attn : The rent are including the Utilities are intact such as Dishwasher,Dryer, Electric Stove, Fridge, Washer,Air Condition,Sewage,Trash,all included in the monthly rent,as i am in a governmental programmer that sponsors my utilities on monthly basis etc..

Right, the list of things to maintain and/or replace is never ending; rugs, AC filters, light bulbs, water filter in fridge, detector batteries, pest control, coffee maker, stove eyes and pans, silverware, bowls, glasses, sofa cushions, pillows, blinds, brooms, mops, vacuum, brushes, shower curtains, bath mats, beach towels.

Many of the quads are brick, the stairwells are usually larger (helpful in getting a fridge or furniture up), and you just have a more solidly built structure to work with.

For example, the last sale I did, they required that I remove the brand new stainless fridge because it didn't have an ice-maker (they didn't ask for a credit or a replacement...just that I get it out of there before closing).Most of them are looking for 7-10 days of due diligence, so that could make double closing difficult, but I imagine they'd do it (I've never tried).

From experience as an owner and a student, I think most would want to bring their own furniture themselves with the exception of appliances like fridge/freezer and washer/drier.

Also look behind the kitchen sink, Dishwasher, and Fridge, from that then get a mold assessor ( expensive ) or a regular home inspector that can do air samples.
