I'm seeing a pattern with a couple of payers who seem to be a little bit short on their payments with increasing frequency and I think it's very important to nip those behaviors in the bud.

Some PM's charge a "lease-up" fee of one half month's rent to cover these costs (bad deal for owner), or they will charge the owner actual ad costs (just watch out for the size and frequency of ads!)

Just adding thickness won't block the entire listening frequency spectrum, surface textures can help too, look to studio construction, it should explain the frequency ranges and standards as well as textures in design.....find an audio engineer.Why not ask the neighbor not to put the dog along that wall.

I think consistency is more important that frequency if we could start doing it once a month that would be great, and depending on the level of interest can increase frequency or break out subgroups for different Boroughs, I myself live in Queens and wouldn't mind starting Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island subgroups for example but let's start with the general NYC group and see how it goes?

It's just that the quantities of data have gotten bigger as computing power has increased.My first tech startup attempt was a model that would run a huge number of feature films through a system that would capture things light and sound frequencies, cut rate, and loads of other data points, then correlate that to global sales figures, then allow independent filmmakers to run THEIR film through the same program and generate marketing insights.
