I see this as a safety hazard if nothing more (fire depratment issue, stray animals taking up residence. someone playing in it and getting hurt, etc).I've checked the lease and there is nothing in there about not storing boats/vessels.

I was not aware of the UDFI tax.And thank you Chris Seveney for providing an overview of the note investing landscape.At the end of the day, its going to take some time foe me to digest all this and decide whether or not to invest in notes.

Learning how money works, and learning that the property isn't the asset, it's the vessel that holds the asset until the time comes to move that asset to the next vessel. 

Do the same foe tour expenses and verify appropriate amounts are used.Or, you rental rates or too low, they very well could be losing money every month. 

I will certainly look foe deals in those areas.
