This is not  fake this is real.Have you ever seen in nature some tiny bird chasing a bigger bird of prey kicking its A$$ as the bigger bird tries to get away as the small little runt dives in left to right right to left picking at its head like a jet fighter?

I am a Memphis fire fighter and I have worked this neighborhood for more then 5 years It is not an area i would buy a property.

I have to say though, I would rather go a few rounds with a cage fighter than do drywall.

When I was a volunteer fire fighter rookie I was trying to gain entry to a steel door house.

Chances are if you buy something like this it, the tax value will go up.They do have access to MLS so if it is on MLS they will see the sale.Occasionally you can have a good fighter that also gets lucky. 

You don't have be "fire fighter" mode in order to be in real estate as you probably know and be stressed out.

She's even talked about installing a boxing ring and hiring a promoter to bring in weekly fighters from across the border but again I feel like she's just terrible at reaching customers!

The fire fighters I have known all have 2nd jobs due to way their hours work.
