We are pet friendly and have some zeroscape backyards and have wording like "We are pet friendly with a fee, but please note although backyard is fenced there is no grass and certain areas contain crushed shell which could hurt your pets feet". 

Coming from a health care background and Not having any previous experience in Real Estate or sales, I am having trouble getting the Bio started.  

Advice to install cameras may get you in legal trouble.

Working with the city to find a solution.There is a similar situation near me where an investor bought a short term rental house, rehabbed it, ran it for a while, and then got in trouble with the town after a neighbor complained and the town said short term rentals weren't allowed in the community. 

That will get you into trouble.

Option D: you are considered a "disqualified person" to your IRA and as such are prohibited from engaging in any transaction in an IRA or receiving any benefits from the IRA (directly or indirectly), therefore I strongly suggest you avoid this option if you wish to stay out of trouble. 

Even at $1500/month that is $18,000/year… so I’m having trouble understanding $150,000/year unless you are building 10 free and clear rentals?

None were a match for me personally and many were not a strategy I wanted or too speculative (such as opportunistic strategy which is the riskiest strategy or investing in tertiary markets which also tend to be the first to go belly up when there is trouble etc).You probably actually want to look at your operating agreement to see what rights you have to books and records, etc.
