I have heard on various news channels that the powers-that-be in California are going to push for much higher density when they rebuild LA after the fires.

I am having a rental business to make a profit, not to feed parasites and offer housing.

Interestingly, I saw a paid ad for their inner circle training program on my FB feed just yesterday.

I have been owning and self-managing Brooklyn, NYC Properties for 28 years now.I want to start a YouTube Channel where I give weekly Podcast Discussions on the Management of the Week.For instance, I have a couple that is splitting up.

But because Doorvest relies on a Zillow feed to feed their data monster, they may not know you have a portal to the 7th layer of Hell located on your property.

It is pushed over and over and over, especially on social channels and from service providers, and often interchanged with other terms and defined differently constantly, but mentioned again and again.

Now granted Google feeds them for free but those coders and tech folks put in some long hours and there is uber competition there is no punching a clock in those type of places..

And for the record, I have no ambition of growing my YouTube channel.

You should check if the bank feeds work with your bank otherwise, it's a deal breaker unless you don't mind manually doing the data entry.
