Unfortunately responses to these posts often mention using other people's money or doing some exotic real estate strategies instead of simply slapping the investor in the face and telling them to save money prior to investing.  

At least for the time being, we are fixing it up and preparing to offer exotic/classic car storage.

I had no interest in exotic oils or high-end beauty products.   

Go to REIAs but also where rich people are, like exotic car shows, boat shows, museum functions, golf tournaments etc.
