Locations that are a 0-1 hour car ride from san juan to a nice town/city with more affordable areas walking distance to the beach would be interesting as well. 

You could have someone walk each unit and turn off the water supply to each toilet for 5-10 minutes and see if any tanks runs dry.

As a note investor I am licking my chops at the number of deals we are giong to see come our way because of scenarios like this, especially once values go down and these people who bought sub2 could just walk away once the equity is gone.    

In that scenario - I would worry that our long term renters would not like that strangers are walking up their steps and entering the doorway 5ft from their front door every weekend. 

Find out if there are any judgments or liens on the property.WALK-THROUGH AND/OR GET PICTURES: If you are looking at a potential deal, you need to have pictures or walk-through the property.

I would use the word necessary based on the value we deliver.Correct me where I am wrong with my perception and walk me through the benefits of going with a turnkey company, where the profit is for the investor, and if the benefits outweigh the costs.
