That is like saying there is dust in a home.

I have buildings where the tenants pay for town trash bags and buildings where tenants pay a trash service.

Or, dog bowls, dog treats, toys, doggie bags for mess clean up in yard, etc. 

Especially if you have never cleaned the ducts (and you would be surprised how many properties have not) you will be amazed by how much lint and dust can accumulate over time.  

Note that most all lead inspectors will do dust swipes (Lead Safe tests), but not all have the equipment required to do Lead Free testing so be sure you're specific in what you ask for.

I used to use a PO box but it sat collecting dust for years so I don't bother anymore...I've had people find my personal residence by looking me up on the online tax records. 

This includes (but not limited to):-Quiet Hours-What spaces can and cannot be used-Guest policy (make sure to limit days in a row and in a month)-Pet policy (even if you don't allow pets, if someone has an ESA animal, it would be good to have guidelines in the event they surprise you with one, otherwise you are SOL and of course take into consideration fair housing laws)-How is trash put in the cans (in bags, not just thrown in) and when can trash cans be taken to the street and put back-How is the late free structured (one time flat fee or a daily fee)2.

I guess dust is not settled yet...I hear that everyone is saying it's case by case...and everything is negotiable!!!
