I have personal family experience with this sort of hoarding behavior and I can assure you, the underlying disease (perhaps in this case obsessive compulsive disorder or schizophrenia-related mental illness) is devastating as you probably can guess.

Anyways if it's just between the Tenant and Me, I can take the pain but my latest drama filled episode has now drawn the attention of the Condo Association.My Tenant decided to go knock on the neighbors door, what followed is a grey area but the neighbor called the police got all freaked out my tenant gets arrested for disorderly conduct.
