Digital Application Form for Student Housing

Wondering what digital application forms folks use. I have a student rental under contract with a lot of interest from international students. Trying to make the process seamless as possible for them. I am asking for a copy of their I-9 form that shows available funds for living expenses as well as admissions letter. What other key information would you suggest I collect? TIA

Honestly, just make sure you know where the money to pay for rent/living expenses is coming from. The difficulty with International Students is that you really don't have the option of getting a cosigner, since the law doesn't translate internationally. For US based students, I still do a background check to make sure there's no big history of drugs or disorderly conduct/violence. Most of the self-management apps have a digital application that you can send to people, and make sure you have a Venmo/CashApp type method of payment ready for them. If you're going to scale in Student Housing, you'll probably want to get a system in place sooner rather than later to handle the crush of applications and move in/outs that happen at the same time every year. Good luck!
