cant pull those off with smoke and mirrors :)   and of course my bank that has loaned me about 60 million to build all this thinks I have morals and character as its the cornerstone concept when lending this kind of money on spec builds.. you dont have it you dont get the money.

Tenants began pulling down the smoke detectors and calling out the Licensed and Inspection agency to write up the properties for violations so I could not get my rental license.

In the past at least they were promising to provide more details about the properties the funds were in, but they've gone completely dark

Going dark on investors is just about the worst thing you can do.

We have everything you need to manage ready in a can: photography, advertising, application, leases, rules and regulations, smoke detector notices and all other forms you need and background check (we do this a lot).

Otherwise I am in the dark.

The other side, in the guest bedroom was painted dark gray, and downstairs was left exposed as well for an industrial feel.
