I see a LOT of shady stuff going on out there and I think it's only a matter of time before more states crack down on it.

They are watching us.I friend of mine does post closing FHA reviews and they were told to crack down and let nothing slide..

Can you be more specific as to the crack down and what type of option they have concerns with?

Note that I've seen the PA Department of Revenue try to crack down on the termination-and-release method.

Anyway though it was interesting.. and maybe a sign of the times in some states to crack down on illegal brokering without a licesne.
