It doesn't apply to everything and I believe it only applies to convictions.

I have in my leases that any illegal activity could result in immediate eviction (by preponderance of the evidence, not by conviction).

So how can we legally deny her, because she wasn’t convicted of those crimes (and she has the expungement letter).

This same school gives them prison quality food, with less time outside than a convict receives.

The industry is full of people that never even graduated HS.....are convicted felons....... file bankruptcy every couple of years.....have been divorced 4 times....... addiction issues......in other words flakey people that have no organization, structure, direction or drive in their lives.Now that's not to say that they are ALL like that....there are some fantastic people out there....very smart, organized, professional and amazing at what they do......I've met some great people...... but unfortunately they are rare rather than common

If your convictions were a long time ago and you have been a model citizen since then you have a chance.

I'm glad to hear from others that those deals and the people involved are getting investigated and in some cases convicted.

I have contact with convicted felons; drug dealers; and drug addicts on a daily basis and have not had a serious incident yet.However, yesterday, I did get into an uncomfortable situation.
