Question about being a real estate agent.
I have gotten mixed answers so if anyone knows the real answer that would be great.
I really am interested in selling real estate and think I would be good at it. Im ready to look into the classes and want to start saving money so I can buy what I need. Theres only one problem. I have a criminal record.(3 Felonies)
Would I be wasting my time and money going to the classes just to find out I cant get my license and or no one will hire me? Or do I have a shot at bettering my life becoming a real estate agent.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks to all.
