I fully agree that the transformation over the years has been fantastic and despite the influx of more diverse offerings such as restaurants and hotels and even the creation of a contemporary art museum (albeit only one of two worthwhile mentioning) they usually build another mall before they invest in real community projects or expand on a more diverse offering of the arts. 

I am entirely dependent on Airbnb for all our rentals and we produce an average of 96% occupancy at among the highest rates of all our contemporaries.

But they are not popular with the contemporary syndicator for a couple of reasons. 

I am a musician and worship leader at my church, and I love all sorts of music from Big Band to R&B, Classic Rock, and 80's stuff, and of course the Rat Pack.

I like more traditional looks and not contemporary.
