And sometimes it's all in your head, and you need to recognize that.  Some days I'm motivated and raring to go, and some days I find I'm not.  When I find I'm not, I try to analyze if there's a reason, or maybe it's just cloudy, or maybe the traffic sucks.  None of which should sap my motivation.

Consistency and persistence are paramount. Be passionate about reaching your goal and keep your mission in mind at all times and you will never loose your motivation. Be relentless, be committed, get out there and make it happen!
