So I have some knowledge about what you are contemplating... but even with 37 doors,  I wouldn't even start to think about 1,000 units or something crazy like that without significant external resources and partners, and even then you are probably talking about a syndication deal with lots of investors.  

I had also contemplated about selling the property and talked with my local loan officer about this as well as my real estate agent.

There was more than one property I avoided due to reported assaults and murders. 

This may be a nice springboard for you to contemplate how to deploy your capital into a nice annual revenue stream. 

If you are contemplating purchasing vacant land, particularly in a commercial area, you should strongly consider consulting with environmental professionals and conducting environmental testing to make sure there are no hazardous contaminants on the land.

Ft ranch home with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc and contemplating whether it requires and electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps.Currently the HVAC system installed for central heating/cooling is  15 amps)and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if this needs to a mandatory upgrade or any recommendations around the same and what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?

This is my only rental property.I'm contemplating selling the property and taking my profit for a few reasons, but one most of all.I would say my property is in average, a bit above average condition, but certain things are a bit dry or dated, no central A/C for example.

The net cash flow would be $600 for the condo and $3000 for the SFH approximately.Given this situation, I'm contemplating whether it would be wiser to sell my condo and purchase an SFH with an ADU, especially considering that SFHs generally appreciate faster than condos.

I'm contemplating doing some direct mail to see if I can generate some off market that way.
