I miss the culture of New York City (plays, concerts, shows) but you can't beat the cost of living and weather down here. lol

@Chris Oei - Well then, maybe this neighborhood investment opportunity could be spread among the SinCity, Las Vegas, and Henderson REI, REA, and REIclubs enough to attract a concerted and coordinated effort (to not artificially raise prices) resulting a sharing of the wealth and a more valuable neighborhood.

Jim Treliving, Pit Bulls' mini concert and parts of Tonys performance were some highlights that made it worth it.But let's not kid yourself they do attempt to sell you, that's just the event it is.

Add a petting zoo and tractor rides with a corn maze at Halloween, a Christmas light show, barbeque/beer/concerts a few weekends during the summer, car cruise, motorcycle rally, and some functions that honor veterans.

Younger people get out of college and rent an apartment in the city, close to the bars, restaurants, concert venues, etc. 

A "Qualified Intermediary" is who will process your exchange in concert with your usual cadre of professionals.  

My hobbies include traveling, reading, hiking, gaming, disc golf, scuba, consuming art especially concerts, and relaxing.

It's my belief that, until the 2 largest areas of industry and population make a concerted effort to diversify their economies, you will not see the type of growth possible for those 2 markets.And...I was named after my grandmother, but she was from Texas!
