Do any of the tenants have Dogs (Breed restrictions are individual to each company).These may not prevent you from getting insurance but they may limit the number of companies willing to insure it.

There are a ton of free tenant applications online and through property management software companies such as turbotenant, rentspree, zillow etc.You will want your application to meet any state specific guidelines (if applicable).
