If they are coaching you through in person what looks good / bad about a property, great.

The reality is that hard lessons have to be learned the hard way unless you have someone with experience coaching you through everything.

That's a bit of a blurry title though, I'm not against coaching or paid coaching.

Here is another thread on the topic of multifamily and syndication coaching programs from just a week ago or so.

Instead of just buying into a training/coaching program for $8000, (That is what cost as of yesterday) they have a bank and financing available to the group that seems to be unique. 

Unfortunately this is not the narrative the coaches, mentors and gurus share when they push you towards this strategy.  

This is a mentorship program where I would be assigned one of the companies mentor/coaches who would teach me how to wholesale.

However I have heard from my STR coach that a lot of investors in the Broken Bow market are struggling.

That's why I created a step-by-step approach for the investors you genuinely are trying to help, but cannot be deterred from continuing down the misguided path their mentors, coaches and gurus have sent them: 1.

I do however believe proper coaching can accelerate you in a given field but this does not appear to be it.
