Washing machines (2) (lost the clutch & main pump <1yr old), fridges (2) one had 3 new boards installed until we gave up & sold it, stoves (control wiring faulty & one ceramic top cracked by itself) & dishwashers (entire pump mechanism failed < 1 yr old).

Oh and by the way, they are saying I have to install CERAMIC TILE instead of my padded vinyl flooring in these areas. 

Now it an 450 sq ft SFH on a slab with ceramic tile floor .

We previously installed ceramic tile floors in kitchens and baths. 

So I've pretty good luck with the other option: I buy cute, inexpensive ceramic cartridge faucets off ebay or amazon or on sale at a box store-- the ceramic cartridges are relatively trouble free and when the finish is shot I"ll just get a new one.

Another reason I will not install gas & only electric stoves with ceramic/glass tops.

I also removed vehicles, cleaned yard, Removed old ceramic flooring and drywall to the studs.
