While they did try to get the lender to work with them, they don't want to replace the management company because they are part of the GP.

I couldn't find a company website nor could I find much about Eric Spofford at all (just a couple youtube videos and people asking about him on forms like this one). 

so those owners are pretty comfortable - no mortgage payment - and they don't need to sell, and they don't care where an investor "needs" the price to be to make money. 

well, anyone that types in "we buy houses" to sell a house, was obviously looking for a "we buy houses company" right?
