We recently signed up for smrtphone.Currently we're calling our market and we get calls back, but the issue we're having is smrtphone isn't giving them any information as to who the lead is or which campaign it's from. smrtphone has instructed us we have to search through the different campaigns to see who the person is.

I did a very similar automation campaign for my guests.One useful tip  (you covered it on finding the apartment) is that I like to record a full walk through YouTube to show how to work things.

The leads are fresh and I can start my mailing campaign early enough to get my marketing in the executors face before they decide to go the realtor route.
