Also when you look back in history when fed and 10 year are in this area, where are rates, which are in that zone you mentionI see people who believe they will go back below 5%, if that does happen then the economy is most likely in a very hard landing which its great that rates are low but the values of your assets also have most likely taken a beating.I am in the bold camp.
