Blaxktip is in serious trouble with a warrant just about to be issued for contempt of court.A garnishment of his bank account happened the other day wiping out his Chase bank account balance.  

I live in a VERY high demand tourist area with lots of rental properties and I have been working in property management for 5 years. 2 years ago, I ventured out onto my own because I was pregnant and wanted to work from home and stay with my baby.

We sealed the holes with spray foam and wiped vanity down with a bleach solution on Nov 21st. 

No paper towels, no "flushable wipes", no dental floss, no hygiene products, no tee shirts (real example). 

However my wife recently passed away and I had to move in with my in laws because of our 2 young babies. 

I’m 63 and at the tail end of the Baby boomers.  

I had been through so much hassle already with the other banks that I wasn't in the mood for a bank that looked as if it would likely have sales reps with newborn babies crying in the background. :) I wanted to go with Chase bank too for the same reasons you did, however, my attorney warned me that he has had multiple clients who had to go through endless hassles to accomplish their goals with them.  

. :-) Even if you win the war, loosing the battle can easily wipe out all your profits and more.Think about that recent CA AirBnB case where the lady was in the guest house for almost 2 years with no rent?
