I've heard that Ankeny may have restrictions on the amount of new construction for large multi-family properties, but does that indicate an unfriendly atmosphere for small multi-family investors?

I think is it important for everyone to realize they can always be learning and helping to make investment real estate a better atmosphere for us all. 

The Tampa atmosphere is just too fun, appears very family friendly and we're complete beach junkies.

I live in tammany hills and can attest to it's family friendly atmosphere. 

Also the political anti landlord atmosphere is now out of control.   

Fortunately, the nurses I do know that work at Sarasota Memorial have almost unanimously had positive things to say about the work atmosphere so that helps moving forward.

If you're looking for a smaller atmosphere with more discussion there are also a number of smaller ones that you can attend. 

The same can be said for commercial real estate but the atmosphere is definitely more "corporate."

More deals happening and less newbie type atmosphere.
