Kyle Kufeldt  this is a testament to the business and why 95% of folks who try to do what your doing fail.. they don't have either the stamina, financial withal, patience, and or stick to it ness to succeed in the sales and marketing business.. they learn on line what to do but never learn how to do it. and when it does not work they quit Sales and marketing is all about long term commitments of all of the above then being a good enough closer to actually close the order.

@Russell Brazil It's right next to the Van Ness metro, so super convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, liquor stores, restaurants...and of course, the metro.

I found a good thread on the nice areas of Inglewood  here you may want to read:The area referred to as "The Avenues" is bordered by Century Blvd. on the South, Crenshaw Blvd. on the West, Manchester Ave. on the North, and Van Ness Ave. on the East.

I was surprised at the dated-ness of the entire house.
