When you get to your 3rd year, as with most degree programs, you will need to enter some sort of apprenticeship program for college credit (paid or unpaid) in order to complete your degree.

The apprenticeship alone could take 2 years or so depending on your schedule and so forth.I just ended a short-term contract with the Jackson County Assessment Dept here in MO and I got to work with a couple of MO appraisers for about 2 months.

It depends.Real Estate Investing is a great strategy for financial freedom but without formal education to get a good job that will allow you to have a substantial downpayment or buying real estate with cash, Investment may not be possible for that individual except you want to start with bird-dog (Wholesaling, Real Estate Investor Apprenticeship, Assistant etc).I have a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering and I will say (with confidence) that it all worth it.Goodluck man!

After buying my house, I joined an apprenticeship program and began learning about wholesaling and creative financing.
