Now, any other refinance might be annoying in of itself....so get prequalified beforehand so you know what to expect at least. 

In Essence trade something of value for their time, knowledge and ability to teach you or walk you through a flip/rental/rehab.Best of luck i was interested in doing this myself, but I didn't want to come off annoying.

It is to the point it is probably annoying to the guest.If you do not have the time or patience (or staff) to verify and deal with fraud or issues, it may not be for you.

Add in DLPs misc fees (which I understand, but also get annoyed with), and the reality is more like 3 pts and 13.2% on each transaction.I met a serial entrepreneur at some networking event and we were talking about HML and he made a most excellent point - in what other business can you put out $30k and make $20k in 4-6 months?  

There were various other annoyances.  

It is annoying but if the extra occupancy calls for it it is worth the hassle.

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

Calumet City and North Chicago are probably high on my list for annoyance factors.
