I couldn't and I now know I should of read the state property code to understand the difference between judicial and non judicial foreclosure.

Meaning guests can "show themselves" on certain homes.One of the scammers was able to remotely give a guest a code and was attempting to show the property to them.

I really can say that everything needs to be perfectly handled without any room for error.However, you do not need to go and study all aspects of Dodd/Frank, Safe Act, Senate Bill 43, the Property Code, the Finance Code, insurance law and all case law regarding wraps.

I actually used to have a game modeled after Monopoly that was called Slumlord😂 same type of antics with buying property, maintenance cards, dealing with code enforcement etc… Bought it at a real estate convention

The marketing/advertising firm, aka RE broker, is not the expert in building codes, zoning, structural engineering, neighborhood safety, etc.As a prudent investor, always do your own due diligence or you'll end up being (unitentionally) misguided by a RE broker's information.
