Also I am curious if you had to disclose any personal assets even if you did not use them to secure these loans in other to enter an agreement with them.

We did have some work done on the house to ready it for rent and had the signed agreement in December so it was definitely in service.

What about if you set up a maintenance company that maintains all of the properties, then you have a real estate attorney prepare all of the lease agreements.

I didn’t want to be waiting days for them to get back to me about edits to the purchase agreement.

If so, you cannot sue the owner of the property as you have NO agreement with them.

You should also verify whether the lease agreement allows for ownership transfer without landowner approval.Owning the trailer means assuming responsibility for lot rent, potential removal costs, and liability risks.
